Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.

During new collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Every Wiredtopia piece is handcrafted by hand, making each item one of a kind. Slight variations in wire shape, color placement, and overall design are a natural part of the handmade process and make your jewelry uniquely yours.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wiredtopia is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before they can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can work with you toward a resolution.
